Does Jesus love every one equally? Does he love Mother Theressa the same as Adolf Hitler?

A father can love all his children. He does not have to love them equally. The ones that do as he asks may expect a greater reward than those that don't. A father will have heart break because of some children. So it is with our Heavenly Father.
