If the GOP agreed 100% with the dems on all, what end results would be different?

If Republicans voted 100% with the democrats, what effects to the people would have changed? As the dems campaign against the GOP for the midterms as the party of "NO". If the GOP was the party of "yes" - What exactly would have been different outcomes as we're all forced to deal with it all as policies and laws in the first place?
