How do i use the statistical features of my casio scientific calculator fx 83ES?

hi im trying to figure out how to use the statistical features on my casio scientific calculator fx 83ES. i want to work to use my calculator to work out standard deviation, mean, etc... i get to the 1 var table, with the x and y columns but what do i do once i have entered my values into the first column?
