If you KNOW that love will only end in heartache and tears, would you love anyway?

I really don't think so....I can't even imagine going out to coffee with someone now, let alone 'fall in love' and other grand high risk ventures. I can't imagine meeting anyone that would genuinely interest me (and vice-versa) - not in my "real life" any how.
