Do you think modern novels are comparable with books by the brontes, or edgar allen poe, for instance?

Well...no. I honestly think that Bronte's and Poe's books have much more meaning than the books we have currently. I'm not saying that our current books are trash. But clic books usually are more appropriate and they don't go offboard. Right now, we have books about teenage pregnancy and all that stuff. The clics may sometimes be boring because we're not able to connect it to our lives but we're certainly able to know that they are treasured by lots of people because of the words that are put into them.
