My turtles aren't basking?

Ok so i just recently moved my turtles upstairs from their recent spot downstairs. I also cleaned their tank and took out a couple things out ,and their used to be rocks/pebbles or whatever, i also took out. Im just worried because they are not basking anymore, they continue to stay in the water. Well i believe they have basked once or twice when i wasn't home because the dock was wet, but thats all.
