Eating Disorders Brochure?

I am doing an eating disorders brochure, but am stuck as to what to put as graphics. I don't want to use pictures of people with an actual disorder. I want something that represents eating disorders in general, and seperate graphics for anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. Any ideas?
