How accurate is an 'Ask the Rabbi' 'Ask Moses' site?

The accuracy is the same as the accuracy of any educated opinion. An educated teacher is still human. You will get answers there that are educated opinions and some Ask the Rabbi sites will have variances because the Rabbi answering might me Orthodox, Reform, etc.
