What will happen to me?

When I was 13, I had my left ovary taken out because of a large ovarian cyst. I am a teenager now, but I want to start a family when I am in my late twenties. I was wondering if it will be hard to get pregnant when I'm older. Will I have menopause early? Are there risks for the baby? Thank you. Is there a risk for health problems for me?
