Why do some guys do things like this?

Because they are being unman-aged teenagers, their folks let them get away with pranks obviously Tell them them to stop or you will go to the principle.Young boys stare because they are interested or not interested, they just want to bother you with pranks. Don't resort to punching no body it will only get you in trouble. Only punch and defend when you are in danger of being a victim
