Galileo had concluded hundreds of years before?

Everything falls at the same rate if no force acts upon it.... the weight of the air above the above dont have an effect...( imagine a fish that is in the ocean and is neutrally buoyant... the weight of the water above the fish doesnt push it down because it is canceled by the water below)... the air below the falling object could have an effect of the rate of decent...
