Is it nomal for bfs to pay attention to attractive women & openly expresses his opinions to me?

It sounds like he went a bit overboard to me and should probably keep quiet about such things. While it's a bit insecure of you to get so angry about it and feel bothered by things, that doesn't mean he's not acting like a bit of a jerk. Personally, I would never openly lust after another woman when I'm with one. On the other hand, if I'd been with someone for nine years, she's probably be the center of attention for me any time we're together.
